I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room had a great shower with stunning views over London, and the service, provided by the manager, was top-notch. The location was fantastic, right next to Crystal Palace gardens, and the dining experience with homemade sausages was delicious. The facilities were modern and convenient, making my stay really enjoyable.

The service, however, was a bit disappointing as the manager seemed to be in a horrible manner. The location was perfect, near the beautiful Crystal Palace park and close to the bus terminus. I stayed at this hotel which had a very comfortable bed, a great shower, and a fantastic location right next to the Park. The room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable. The service, however, was a bit unpleasant as the person who seemed to be the manager was quite rude. The dining experience was good as it included locally caught fish, but the price was a bit high given that dining wasn't included in the rate. The facilities were decent with all necessary amenities available.

The hotel is ideally situated, right next to a bus station for easy access to central London and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The rooms boast very tasteful decor and feature large, comfortable beds, although mine wasn’t by the window and wasn’t on the system. The service, especially the person who seemed to be the manager, left much to be desired with a rather unpleasant attitude. Dining was a hit as it was included in the rate, and the desserts were delightful. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi was not part of the package and had to be paid for separately.
